License & Usage Rights: How You Can Use Our Work

Welcome! This page is a simple agreement about the videos and photos we create for you. It explains who owns the work and how it can be used.

1. Who Owns the Final Video & Photos?

Once you have paid for our services in full, you own the final edited videos and photos we deliver.

This means you can use them for your website, social media, marketing, and more. We call these the “Final Deliverables.”

2. How Can You Use the Work?

You have a worldwide license to use the Final Deliverables to promote your business, brand, or event. This includes:

• Posting on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
• Using them on your company website.
• Showing them in presentations or at events.
• Using them in your advertising.

3. Our Rights: How We Can Use the Work

We are proud of the work we do! To help us get new clients, we need to be able to show it off.

By working with us, you give us permission (a license) to:

• Display the videos and photos in our online portfolio (like on this website).
• Use them in our marketing materials and social media to show what we can do.

We promise: We will never use your work to embarrass you or share any confidential business information we learn during the project.

4. What You Cannot Do

While you own the final videos and photos, there are two things you cannot do:

• You cannot resell them. You can’t sell our work to another company as if it were your own creation.
• You cannot edit our final work. You cannot change the final edited videos we give you. This is to protect our creative reputation. (If you need a small change, just ask us!).

5. The Raw Footage

The “raw footage” is all the unedited video we shoot. Think of it like the ingredients before a cake is baked.

• The raw footage is not included in the standard price.
• If you want to buy the raw footage, you can! We can provide it for an additional fee.
